The best views in Stockholm are from above, around 4pm when the sun has set & the evening dawns.

The lights come on & the snow glistens everything around.

Here are some views from Katarinahissen in Södermalm island.

This is also the area where Lisbeth Salanger from "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" bought her new apartment after giving herself 1 billion dollars. I took photos of random apartments around here but I don't think I got the right one. I've just gotten to the part in the 2nd book where she actually moves in, so I'll have to make some notes & go hunting again.

There is still a lot of snow around, lots of snow falls to come, but here is a pile of dirty slush on Stureplan, Biblioteksgatan - an expensive shopping area.

"Och himlen därtill" or Skybar on the 26th floor of the Skrapan shopping centre, 84m up.
