Dinner Time: Home & Away

Dinner time is the best time in Sweden! Half the time we are invited to nice dinners, here is a little selection:

Home-made ice-cream w/ cowberries

Canapes: shrimp, salmon, avocado, blue cheese

Entrecote w/ yellow chanterelle wine sauce & roasted vegetables

Coq au vin (w/ chicken)

Chocolate cake w/ rasberries

Reunion w/ my favourite drink discovered in South Africa!


The other times are just as good cooking at home:

Vegetable curry 

Phad Thai

Sushi & Miso soup

Baked curry chicken & rice, beetroot & yellow pepper salad, greek yoghurt

Chocolate truffle cake, ice-cream & passion fruit

Lentil steak & potatoes

I am learning how to chop. Look at all the vegetables I did!
